Within seven days of constant practices guided by authorized instructors the participants will be able to experience great relaxation. Sun, sea and mud treatments will provide your marvelous enjoyment helping to release tensions and to feel renewed - full with fresh energy and vital strength.

In case somebody would like to participate in this retreat but knows only one of both practices there will be possibility for visiting classes of one's choice.

In the afternoon kids will have the possibility to do Kumar Kumari. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu taught Kumar Kumari Yantra Yoga with specific consideration of children’s physical dimension, energy, and breathing. Kumar Kumari is unique in that it combines breathing and movement with sounds that have a powerful effect (mantras). Its beneficial potentiality promotes healthy development for the children who practice it.
