The Course

This unique online program, made possible through the generosity of our teachers, will offer teachings and practices that benefit both newcomers and experienced practitioners. The program will span three modules from January to June 2025.

Each module is designed to provide essential practices that build the foundation of your practice.

Module 3: Daily and weekly practices

Welcome to the 3rd Module of our Program: Meditation Training and Secondary Practices of the Dzogchen Community!

We are happy to announce the start of this final module, where we continue deepening our knowledge and practice together online. This will also be our last module held online, and we would love for you to join us on this final stretch of the journey. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are just joining now, you’re warmly welcome to take part.

In this module you can learn or deepen what we call “Secondary practices” of the Dzogchen community. These practices are a very essential combination of Guruyoga, mantras, offerings and visualizations. We call them secondary because we may practice them next to Guru Yoga, to improve the circumstances of our lives so that they support our evolution.

In order to practice them, you should have received oral transmission (lung) for that specific practice from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu or to have practiced them face to face with an authorized Santi Maha Sangha instructor from the Dzogchen Community. You can receive Chod transmission also from Lama Tsultrim Allione.

You will find information about the events and links to receive lung in the discussion groups.

The main practices we will go through will be Chod and Green Tara.

Important Info: everyone who has the transmission and lung for these practices is welcome to join.

Discussion & Sharing space:

The Sangha App channel “Daily and weekly practices” will always be available to ask questions, share materials, and interact with teachers and fellow practitioners.
