Merigar East
We are happy to announce a new ONLINE and IN PERSON retreat at Merigar East with Fabio Andrico: Secret Rushen practices with brief introduction to Yantra Yoga Tsalung.
The Secret Rushen acts directly on the mind. Receiving the experience, one asks the question, “Where does the thought arise from, where does it abide, and where does it disappear to?” By searching the mind, we find nothing, and the state of this “non-discovery” becomes very clear. If we do not recognize our own nature, the moving mind continues to search.
With the practice of the Secret Rushen, we are guided to the root of our thoughts, exploring where the mind resides. These are the practices contained in the core of Santi Maha Sangha.
Fabio Andrico will guide us in this retreat, helping us to delve deeply into these practices.
This retreat is restricted, requiring transmission from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Namkhai, or a genuine intention to receive it as soon as possible.
