We are embarking on an adventure of discovering the songs inside us: those songs which live the hard-to-live, express the inexpressible and extend the possible.
By using ancient methods, we will awaken the life in our bodies, we will put an end to some of those stories frozen in time and we will access our natural potential.
Through movement, breathing and unblocking practices for the voice and our inner flow, each of us will rediscover his obvious side and the courage to manifest it, but also the sense of humour when it comes to plans, expectations and exaggerated ambitions.
We will travel deep and far away with the drum and other traditional instruments, finding ourselves home in those dimensions most hidden to us and rediscovering our spontaneous nature, like when we meet and recognize an old friend.
3 nights of singing and dancing around the fire will give us the boost to step beyond time and remember the ancestral wisdom within, the essence of thousands of experiences codified in our very flesh and bones – fire has been an essential element of human existence along the centuries and it can still quickly awaken the human being who knows he lives every moment connected with the stars in the sky. Come if you feel inspired and ready!

About facilitator Alexandru Anton:
I am a human being. At some point in my life, confronted with a personal crisis, I came across singing and the spirit of healthy communities. Ever since, I've been doing my best in using sound and movement in a conscious way to reach a state of well-being at the physical, emotional, psycho-social and spiritual level.
I studied Tuvan throat-singing with Vladislav Matrenitsky, Nikolay Oorzhak and Radik Tyulyush. I travelled to Siberia three times and I experienced directly the effect of the songs arising from the masters of sound.
Since 2012 I've been offering sound workshops for awakening the vital energy, rediscovering our spontaneity and potential to connect.
Donation for the workshop: 150 Euro, including accommodation and food in Merigar.
