The Practice of Green Tara and Her 21 Manifestations
The retreat is open only to those who have received the Dzogchen Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Silvano Namkhai.
We are happy to invite you for this retreat with explanations and intensive practice sessions of the practice of Green Tara with her 21 manifestations, and the practice of Ödzer Chenma.
We will focus on two main aspects:
- the detailed explanation of the 21 manifestations of Tara
- intensive practice
Every day in the morning we will also do the practice of Ödzer Chenma.
During the days of the retreat we will also do the Dance of the Vajra, Yantra Yoga, and Khaita if requested.
The practice of Green Tara is widespread among all schools and traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. The specific method used within the International Dzogchen Community is based on a terma of Adzam Drugpa and contents methods of application from Yogatantra and Anuyoga.
