Yantra Yoga Saturdays

Yantra Yoga teaches us to synchronize every movement with conscious breathing, to find ourselves in a perfectly relaxed state. Each yoga sequence performed in Yantra Yoga aims to guide the breath into a natural harmony with the mind and body.

It is one of the oldest recorded systems of Yoga that exists in the world, for centuries Yantra was a closely guarded secret reserved for advanced yogic practitioners. Understanding the immense benefit it holds for everyone, Yantra Yoga was first introduced to the West in the 1970s by one of the foremost Dzogchen masters of our time, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

The online course is composed of three (independent) sessions:

  • 15th May: Second Series of Yantras, eliminating the obstacles related to the five aggregates, with Oana Marcu;
  • 22nd May: Third Series of Yantras, eliminating the obstacles of being dominated by the emotions, with Fijalka Sable Turzíková;
  • 19th June: Fourth Series of Yantras, eliminating the obstacles related to attachments, with Honza Dolensky.

The course is open to all practitioners of Yantra Yoga who already studied the preliminary series of Yantra Yoga, with an authorized instructor.

The suggested donation is 25 eur per day, with discounts for registering for two or three sessions.

For those who have received transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu can learn, a bonus session of one hour with the Pranayama of each series will be held at the end of each day.

The course will be held in English with Romanian translation.
