The system of Yantra Yoga contains a wide range of movements that can be applied by everyone. Each yoga sequence performed in Yantra Yoga aims to guide the breath into a natural harmony with the mind and body. It is a wonderful method for attaining optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement.
The Union of Sun and Moon Yantra was first transmitted in the Western world in the early seventies by the Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Yantra Yoga course for beginners with authorized instructor Magdalena Ourecka!
In this course we will learn the preliminaries and basics of Yantra Yoga focusing mainly on deepening and correcting our way of breathing, specifically:
– Warm Ups for the Body and for the Breathing
– The Vairocana Posture
– Pranayama of Nine Purification Breathings
– Five Tsigjongs (Loosening the Joints) – First Preliminary Series of Yantra Yoga
– Eight Lungsangs (Purifying the Prana) – Second Preliminary Series of Yantra Yoga
– Vajra Wave for Eliminating the Obstacles
……and more according to the capacity of the participants:)
If you know already all this yantra, you might want to refresh your practice and correct some mistakes!
Magdalena Ourecka comes from Czech Republic, recently lives in Romania. She met her Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu for the first time in 2006. Since that time she follows His Teachings and is devoted to the system of Yantra Yoga. In 2016 she was authorized as a Yantra Yoga First Level instructor and in 2023 certified as a Kumar Kumari (Yantra Yoga for children) instructor.
