Respira: Breathe for Your Health

[RO] RESPIRA este o metoda pentru constientizarea si corectarea respiratiei folosind pozitii ale corpului studiate special pentru acest scop.
Este o metodă de relaxare și de intervenție pentru numeroase probleme de sănătate, fizică și psihică. Beneficiile unei respiratii complete si fluide sunt enorme: controlul stressului si a emotiilor coplesitoare, corectarea posturii, relaxarea musculara si dezvoltarea capacitatii de a medita.
Cursul este deschis tuturor, te poti alatura in orice moment, si este pe baza de donatie (min. 5 eur/sedinta).

In ultima jumatate de ora vom antrena pranayama respiratiei ritmice. Acest antrenament este gradual, se recomandă continuitatea participării.

[EN] RESPIRA is a method for gaining awareness on and enhancing the breathing capacity, using body postures studied for this purpose.
It is a relaxation method and an intervention for numerous health problems, physical and psychological.
The benefits of a complete and fluid breathing are huge: the control of stress and overwhelming emotions, correcting the posture, muscular relaxation and developing the capacity to meditate.
The course is open to all, you can join at any time and it is based on donations (minimum 5 eur/session).

In the last half an hour we will train the pranayama of rhythmic breathing. This training is gradual, so the continuity of the participation is highly recommended.

Yantra Yoga weekly practice

Yantra Yoga is an ancient and traditional system of Yoga transmitted from Tibet from master to disciple, arrive din the West through prof. Namkhai Norbu, world-renowned Tibetan master.
We do not improvise, we do not invent anything! We follow the precise description of this system transcribed in the 8th century.
We talk about the body according to Tibetan medicine and about the Breathing, which is the key to settling our mind, developing clarity and presence.
The classes are online, but every participant receives guidance from the experienced instructor, Oana Marcu.
Participation is reserved to those that already know the basics of Yantra Yoga. If you are a beginner, keep an eye on the schedule for beginner classes, or join the first hour of the weekly Respira class.
