Rushen: Recognizing Our State with Zoli Cser

This retreat will be held in person in Merigar East (Romania) and can be also followed online.

In the Dzogchen teachings, specific practices help us go beyond doubt and clearly recognize the natural state of our mind.

Being conditioned by the delusive appearances of the mind and by thoughts without having any control over them constitutes the karmic vision of samsara. Abiding in the state of pure instant presence or Rigpa constitutes nirvana. Consequently, the purpose of these special methods… is to enable the practitioner to distinguish or separate the state of the mind that is the source of samsara from the state of Rigpa that is the root of liberation of nirvana.

(Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche – The Precious Vase)

The Rushens are decisive practices that guide us in this discovery. In this course we will practice mainly the Inner Rushen and Secret Rushen, according to the Santi Maha Sangha Base training.

Every day we start with practicing Yantra, then two sessions of sitting practices, in the evening we close the day with Vajra Dance and Chod.

To participate in this course, you should have received the transmission for these practices from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche or from Yeshi Silvano Namkhai. You can receive the transmission from Yeshi Silvano Namkhai live or in webcast by following this retreat, held in May 2023 in Italy.

Accomodation: we can host you in our beautiful facilities with a full range of options in terms of comfort and prices (available in the form below).
