In this retreat you can learn some of the main Dzogchen practices, like the Vajra Dance, Yantra Yoga and Shine (calming the mind), with an inspiring instructor.
Zoli Cser is an instructor with a wide array of skills to teach and is also a philosophy professor at the Buddhist College in Budapest.
The retreats with him are a wonderful occasion to apply different Dzogchen practices for training presence and awareness.

New practitioners are welcome, as in these 5 days you can have a taste of the benefits of Dzogchen practices.
Practitioners who are already introduced to Dzogchen can take part in the open sessions and in extra, dedicated practices.

SCHEDULE (EEST, Bucharest time)
– 7-8 Sang (only for practitioners with transmission)
– 8-9 Respira – relaxing and deepening our breathing capacity through easy physical exercises
Breakfast
– 10-13 Shine (meditation practice for calming the mind) and teachings about Dzogchen principles
– 16-17 Vajra Dance – meditative dance on the Mandala
– 18-19 Yantra Yoga
– 21-22 Chod (only for practitioners with transmission)
COSTS
The retreat is donation based. Still, for covering the costs, we suggest:
60 eur early bird (up to the 15th June)
75 eur late bird.
