We have good news for Yantra Yoga passionates! After learning the pranayamas with Fabio Andrico, this July, we can apply and practice the 5 series of Yantra Yoga in depth, with our motivating instructor Zoli Cser. You can do so IN PERSON in Merigar East or online.
Why are we practising Yantra Yoga?
By controlling the vajra body by means of physical movements, the practitioner’s prana recovers its natural balance.
Consequently, the condition of the elements and the health of the body improve. Through balancing the energy of the elements, obstacles diminish and good conditions increase. Finally, the natural balance of the mind facilitates the arising of profound contemplation.
The five series of Yantra Yoga
Through the series we apply the main types of hold, at the same time we gain strength and flexibility. The first series eliminates the obstacles related to the elements, the second one purifies the skhandas or aggregates; the third series helps us overcome emotions that dominate us; the third one helps us overcome all attachments, while the fifth one enhances the five capacities related to the practice.

Morning: 10 – 12 (open part) 12 – 12:30 (reserved part)
Afternoon: 17 -19 (open part) 19 – 19:30 (reserved part)
We will practice every day one series.
Each morning and afternoon, we will practice, for 2h 30 mins: the preliminaries, one group of yantras and its related pranayama.
How to participate
The course is open to all practitioners who have some knowledge of the preliminaries of Yantra Yoga.
Only the sessions dedicated to the pranayamas are reserved to practitioners who have received transmission from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche or Yeshi Namkhai.
