Course Outline

Meditation is an important tool for self-discovery, for understanding our true needs and capacities and learn to live a life which is fulfilling and joyful. This process of self-discovery through meditation starts by applying our natural faculties of Being Present and Aware to all fields of our experience: to our body, breathing, emotions and thoughts.

During this 16 hours experiential course we will learn and train together to be present and aware of all these aspects, in ways which are very concrete and simple to apply and therefore can have a profound and lasting impact on our life.

The online course will be interactive, based on practicing together and reflecting on various experiences, with frequent Q/A sessions.

You will learn: to observe and calm the mind, to move with awareness through the Vajra Dance, to relax with your emotions, to establish healthy breathing patterns through simple physical exercises.

Your Teachers

The 4 teachers leading this course are authorized instructors of the International Dzogchen Community and all have a lifetime experience in the field of meditation. They will be presenting teachings as taught by the renowned Dzogchen master Namkhai Norbu.

Course organisation

You will be provided with the recordings of the sessions, reading material and homework. This way we want to guarantee a continuous experience in which we apply what we learned in our everyday life, between the sessions. We wish for you to really enhance your capacity to apply what you learn.

It will have a maximum of 25 participants and will take place by zoom.

We require for your active participation and camera on during zoom sessions.

Translations in several languages will be available (as much as possible) according to requests. You can specify your preferred language in the registration form.
