This weekly practice of RESPIRA will help you gain awareness on and enhance the breathing capacity. We are using body postures studied for this purpose. This method is rooted in Yantra Yoga and creates still frames of those moments that explicitly favour deep breathing.
The benefits of a complete and fluid breathing are huge. Among them are the control of stress and overwhelming emotions, correcting the posture, muscular relaxation and developing the capacity to meditate.
