
Fabio Andrico
Born and raised in Italy, Fabio Andrico is an internationally recognized Yantra Yoga expert. He is one of the closest students of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, who introduced Yantra Yoga to the West in the early 1970s. Andrico initially studied Hatha Yoga in India and graduated from the University of Naples l’Orientale.
Successively he has been practicing, teaching and writing about Yantra Yoga, since the late 1970s. He regularly conducts classes, seminars and teacher training groups around the world. The centers where he taught include Kripalu, Esalen and Yoga Tree in the United States and the Yoga Federation in Russia.
Fabio participates in the DVDs The Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga, BreAthe and The Tibetan Yoga of Movement, First and Second Level. He is the author of Breathe As You Are: Harmonious Breathing for Everyone. He created the Respira Method and co-authored the book Yantra Yoga: The Tibetan Yoga of Movement.
