Yantra Yoga Practice with Oana Marcu – Every Tuesday on Zoom!
We’re happy to announce that our Yantra Yoga group practice is starting again, every Tuesday at 19:30 (Romanian time, EEST) on Zoom.
Yantra Yoga is a profound method that harmonizes body, energy, and mind through movement and breath. Practicing regularly and together helps us deepen our experience, stay connected, and keep the benefits alive in daily life.
Everyone familiar with Yantra Yoga is warmly welcome!
Yantra Yoga’s heart is the harmony between breathing and movement. You can experience its benefits if you have the chance to learn it correctly. This is why you should learn it in person, with a teacher, first. Online classes are intended as a support to your diligence, but they are not the best way to approach it, if you are just starting.
We will practice and perfect the preliminaries. We will also learn and practice the first and second series of Yantras.
