Merigar East
This unique online program, made possible through the generosity of our teachers, will offer teachings and practices that benefit both newcomers and experienced practitioners. The program will span three modules from January to June 2025.
Each module is designed to provide essential practices that build the foundation of your practice.
In this module you can learn or deepen the main formal practices of the Dzogchen community. These practices are a very essential combination of Guruyoga, mantras, offerings and visualizations, transmitted by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu to support practitioner’s everyday and community life.
A Thun is a practice session, a time-frame for formal practice.
The Short Thun is an essential daily practice, very special, thanks to the visualization of Garab Dorje during Guru Yoga. With the Medium Thun and the two versions of the Ganapuja, you can learn the most complete and perfectly tailored secondary practices that Rinpoche compiled for our community. The Ganapuja is our main collective practice, that unites the capacities of practitioners and purifies their Samayas.
In order to practice them, you should have received oral transmission (lung) from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu or to have practiced them face to face with an authorized Santi Maha Sangha instructor from the Dzogchen Community. You also should have received direct introduction either from Prof. Namkhai Norbu or from Namkhai Yeshi.
You will find information about the events and links to receive lung in the discussion groups.
