Adriana Dal Borgo

For thirty years Adriana Dal Borgo has been teaching contemplative dance and methods of awareness in movement, harmonization of energy. Adriana is an expert in the practice of presence through sound and dance, giving courses for those who wish to follow this path of knowledge.

Born in Venice, Italy she has obtained a degree in psychology, specializing in psychotherapy. In 1986 she met Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s Dzogchen teaching and learned from him the Vajra Dance and later on the Khaita Joyful Dances.

In 1992 she was appointed by Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche to teach the Vajra Dance. Moreover, she is coordinating activities related to this discipline in the different centers of the International Dzogchen Community. Adriana is also among the two experts who are providing training for new teachers. from 2011 she has also been in charge of coordinating the Khaita Joyful Dances and training new teachers in this field of study.

Having held countless courses around the world, Adriana is helping students to discover the joy and profoundness of the Dance. Her activity also included preparing and coordinating publications, videos and audios for training the dances.

She collaborates with MACO (Museum of Oriental Art and Culture) curating the sections related to Vajra Dance and Khaita Joyful Dances. Also, Adriana is a member of the scientific Committee of International Atiyoga Foundation and coordinator of Vajra Dance and Khaita Joyful Dances Departments at the same foundation.
